Exterior Inspections
You will be provided a written comprehensive Inspection Report that will list all of the areas our professional Inspector evaluated, both good and bad. In order to prepare the report, we must conduct a visual inspection of the structure. The inspection process typically takes about 3 hours to complete or 1 hour per 1,000 square feet. This of course may vary, according to the size and condition of the structure. We strongly encourage you to accompany us during the inspection. This will give you a chance to ask questions and become familiar with the systems of the structure. Your exterior home inspection includes, but is not limited to, the following items below.
Driveways, walkways, grade, steps, patios, and retaining walls.
Building perimeter, land grade and water drainage adjacent to the foundation.
Identify exterior items that might adversely effect the structure.
Windows, doors, exposed area of chimneys, rain gutters and roof.
Interior Inspections
* Foundation walls, grade slab and floor slab including inspection for water damage.
* Exposed bearing walls, posts, piers, beams, sub-floors, chimney, stairs.
* Roof structure and attic insulation.
* Electrical, heating and cooling, and plumbing systems.
